The estate where the flat La Recoleta is located is only 300m from Punta Prima beach, next to which there is a very popular Punta Prima restaurant serving seafood but also meat and vegetarian dishes. Another intimate beach, Cala Piteras, is only 400 metres from the flat, next to which is located the highly recommended Nautilus restaurant. At a distance of approximately 900m there is a shopping and restaurant area with a large number of cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as the CONSUM supermarket. Shopping enthusiasts can also pursue their “passions” at the Zenia Boulevard shopping mall, the largest in the area, with shops of many global brands, restaurants and entertainment. The mall is located just 3km from the flat. Not far from the complex, in the Playa Flamenca district (Nicolas de Bussi street), there is a cosobot market where you can buy specialities of Spanish cuisine, fruit, vegetables, textiles, souvenirs….
Just 5 km away, an additional attraction is several golf courses meeting the needs of beginners and professionals alike.
The location is excellent as all attractions are within walking distance.
If you get bored of the beach and coastal walks, it is also a good starting point for excursions both close to the Costa Blanca and a little further afield to Almeria or Andalusia.
You can either take the bus service or hire a car. There is a bus stop 350m from the complex from where you can go both towards Alicante and Cartagena.
