The flat is located on the third floor. It offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Large terrace can be accessed directly from the living room and from the master bedroom. It offers a panoramic view of the recreational area and the sea.

The Sea Senses residence, where this apartment is located, offers guests many activities: swimming pools for adults and children, several jacuzzis, relaxation areas with sun loungers, a paddle court, basketball court, indoor bar with drinks, separate play areas for children. One of the pools is heated, making it usable all year round. An enclosed area houses a fitness room with sea views and a sauna.

Right next to the complex is the renowned Nautilus restaurant serving seafood but also meat dishes and for vegetarians.
Many other restaurants with a varied menu, a supermarket and a bus stop are available within a 500m radius. There are several golf courses about 5 km away. If you get bored of the beach you can enjoy many other leisure activities, for example you can take your children on excursions.
